I understand this is a one-year membership, billed monthly on the same date, and that my rate is locked for the full term. I understand that today I pay my first month and my last month up front, and that my next payment is due 30 days from today. I understand cancelling requires 30 days written notice, and that a notice given even one day inside that window still bills for the following month. This is automated and applied to everyone the same way. I understand my last month is already paid, so after I give notice I still have a full month of service to use.
