The short version
We collect only what we need to book your appointment and stay in touch about it. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or lead generators. Ever.
Text messaging, stated plainly: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or lead generators.
What we collect
- Your name — so we know who's in the chair.
- Your phone number — to confirm, remind, or reach you about your appointment, and only if you ask us to text you.
- Your email address — if you book, or if you choose to join our list.
- Appointment details — the service, the time, and notes about your preferences.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm, change, or remind you about appointments.
- To hold your appointment time when a card is placed on file.
- To answer you when you call, text, or write us.
- To send occasional notes about Mr. Freshcut, only if you opted in. You can leave any time.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling links, and secure links to place a card on file to hold your spot.
- Consent is never required to book. You can decline text messages and still make an appointment.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you.

- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the appointment work, and only so they can do their job for us:
- Our booking system, to hold your appointment.
- Our payment processor, to handle cards securely.
- Our messaging and email providers, to deliver our messages to you.
These providers act on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or lead generators for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment and contact records for as long as you're a client and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices
- Ask us what we have about you, and we'll tell you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of texts with STOP, or emails with the unsubscribe link.
Kids
Our booking is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. A parent or guardian can book on a minor's behalf.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
