Agreement
These terms cover your use of mrfreshcut.com and the services provided by FRESHCUT FAMILY LLC ("Mr. Freshcut," "we," "us"). By booking with us or using this site, you agree to them.
Appointments
- Mr. Freshcut is by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.
- Booking is online. Your appointment is confirmed when you receive confirmation from us.
- Please arrive on time. Arriving significantly late may mean we have to reschedule you.
Holding your spot
We may ask you to place a card on file to hold your appointment time. Placing a card on file does not charge you. It reserves your time and covers the cancellation terms below.
Cancellations and no-shows
Your time is reserved for you, so late cancellations and no-shows cost us the slot. Our policy:

| 4th and beyond | 100% of the service |
Please confirm or cancel at least 60 minutes before your appointment.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown at booking and may change over time.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. We never store your full card number.
- House calls are priced separately.
Text messages
If you opt in, we may text you appointment confirmations, reminders, booking links, and secure links to place a card on file.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking. You can decline texts and still book. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our service
We do our best work every time and we'll talk with you before we start. If something isn't right, tell us before you leave and we'll make it right.
Your conduct
We keep a calm, respectful, one-on-one space. We reserve the right to decline or end service for behavior that disrespects that.
This website
- Our name, logo, photos, and content belong to us. Please don't reuse them without permission.
- The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but we can't guarantee it's error free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version.
