The Collective

Built on
one belief.

Mr. Freshcut brings together independent professionals who care as much about how they work as the work itself. Different businesses. Different styles. One shared commitment.

The standard/ 01

What we believe.

Hair is the first category. It is where the standard gets proven, not where it stops.

Two ways in/ 02

Members and the collective.

Two different relationships, two different words. We keep them straight so nobody has to ask which one you mean.

If you sit in the chair

Members

You reserve a standing appointment and hold your rate for a year. You are a member. Membership is how the standard reaches the people it is for.

If you hold the shears

The Collective

You keep your own book, your own prices, and your own clients. You work under a name that means something the second you say it. You are the collective.

The collective/ 03

Who we are looking for.

Independent professionals who care about their work, their reputation, and the people they serve. That is the whole filter. We pick carefully and we keep it small.

What joining means

You keep every dollar you earn and you hold the standard. That is the whole trade, and it stays that way as we grow.

What you keep

Your clients, your prices, your book, and your name. All of it stays yours from the day you walk in.

What we handle

The room, the front desk, the booking, and the brand. The parts that pull you away from the work you are actually good at.

What we are building

A network of independent professionals connected by shared standards, shared tools, and shared opportunities. It starts in Brickell.

Today this is one chair in Miami. We would rather say that plainly and let you watch it grow. If you want in early, the door is the phone.

The part that lasts/ 04

Give back.

Leave it better than you found it.

This grows because the people in it put something back.

That is how a standard outlives the people who first held it.

The hotline

If you believe in the standard, we would like to meet you.

The Mr. Freshcut hotline is open. Texting is not live yet, so the phone is the way in right now.
