A licence is verified against the state before anything else happens.

You sign and pay

Deposit and first period together. The deposit comes back when you leave the room the way you found it.

You get the code and the calendar

Your clients book online, get confirmations and reminders, and reach a front desk that answers.

The house rules

Short, and all of them matter

Your last appointment ends 30 minutes before your time does

That half hour is how the station gets reset for whoever is next. Your calendar will not accept a booking that cannot finish in time.

You leave the station the way you found it

Photos at the start and the end, so nobody has to remember.

Thirty days notice

Either side. Your days are held for you until then.

Your licence stays current

If it lapses, the days stop until it does not.

Your clients are yours

You keep every dollar you charge them. The room is what you are renting.

Nothing is charged now. This holds your days for 48 hours while we check your licence. If it is not a fit, the hold drops and your card is never touched.

I agree that if my days are approved, Mr. Freshcut may charge this card for the $250 deposit and my first week, and then weekly for the days I hold at the rate shown above, until I give 30 days notice. I can be charged when I am not present.

We check the licence against the state and answer the same day. Everything else we sort out when we talk.

Nothing has been charged. We are checking your licence now and you will hear from us today. If it is a fit we take the deposit and the first week and send you the door code. If it is not, the hold drops on its own and your card is never touched.
